OVERVIEW

Ramon Rodriguez Jr. is a senior paralegal with over 15 years of experience. He supports Hausfeld's technology and data breach practice group as well as the environmental and product liability and human rights practice groups. 

Prior to joining Hausfeld, Ramon's experience included supporting attorneys with case management and trial preparation. Ramon also brings experience working with attorneys and assisting them and their clients through the settlement process of their individual personal injury matters. 

In 2023, Ramon was recognized in the Tenacious Award category, an award given to those persons who has demonstrated dedication, grit and fortitude in their work, one of five award categories that make up the Hausfeld Values Awards, an annual recognition program that highlights the achievements of Hausfeld team members based on their significant contributions made and results achieved over the prior calendar year.

Environmental & Product Liability

  • Boston Youth Tobacco Litigation - Catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims against Tobacco manufactures. 
  • Zantac Litigation - Drugs contained unacceptable levels of the carcinogen NDMA, which caused them to develop cancer. 

Human Rights

  • Padre et al. v. MVM - Hausfeld represents families that were unlawfully separated pursuant to the unconstitutional family separation policy implemented during the first Trump administration. The defendant in this class action lawsuit is MVM, Inc., the private security contractor that transported thousands of migrant children away from their parents. The plaintiffs bring human rights claims for enforced disappearance, torture, and cruel and inhumane treatment under the Alien Tort Statute, among other claims.
