- Bringing further follow-on damages claims against the Trucks cartel in the Competition Appeal Tribunal.
Prior to Hausfeld, Emma was part of the legal teams:
- Working on a non-compliance with EU competition law and free movement obligations case.
- Working on international dispute resolution, including international arbitration cases.
