The future of mobility - AIJA Half-Year May Conference 2022

AIJA hosted its half year annual conference in May 2022 themed around how to navigate the technological transport evolution. The conference focused on IP/TMT, M&A and sustainability.

The automotive and drone industries, in particular,  are offering innovative products and services, such as autonomous vehicles. These new technologies come with a broad range of legal challenges, such as data privacy, advertising claims, co-branding, licensing, use of software, management of trade secrets, insurance and liability, the regulatory framework and import and export control.

As part of the IP/TMT track Amandine Gueret, who counts many automotive manufacturers among her clients, joined an expert international panel on the morning of Friday 20 May to discuss 'Antitrust: navigating automotive competition issues' moderated by Kaj Seidl-Nussbaumer, Probst Partner AG from Switzerland and also attended by Renato Bucher, Meyerlustenberger Lachenal, Switzerland and Isabel Oest, COMMEO Rechtsanwälte from Germany.
