  • STAFF ATTORNEY 

Hausfeld is currently seeking Staff Attorneys for the firm’s Washington, DC, San Francisco, Philadelphia or New York office. Staff Attorneys are primarily responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and coding documents produced in discovery. Staff attorneys may also conduct legal and factual research, draft memos, help prepare for depositions, and assist with other discovery-related tasks.

Candidates must be licensed and in good standing in the District of Columbia, California, Pennsylvania or New York (or eligible for admission). Prior document review and/or litigation experience is a plus, but not required. 

Staff Attorney positions are full-time positions. Staff Attorneys work a hybrid schedule and are encouraged to work in the office two days per week. 

Hausfeld offers a wide variety of benefits including health insurance benefits, 401k benefits, firm-sponsored disability and life insurance, well-being programs and more. The salary range for this position is $72,500 - $95,000 annually.
