OVERVIEW
Will is an associate in Hausfeld’s Washington, D.C. office. Prior to joining Hausfeld, Will served as a Trial Attorney in the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice. Through the Attorney General’s Honors Program, Will investigated and litigated violations of federal civil rights laws, including the Voting Rights Act.
Will graduated from the University of Michigan Law School, where he was a Notes Editor on the Michigan Law Review and a recipient of the Irving Stenn, Jr. Award for student leadership. After law school, he clerked for the Honorable Gerald A. McHugh in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
From 2016 to 2020, Will was an infantry officer in the U.S. Army. He deployed to Afghanistan in 2017 as a platoon leader in the 101st Airborne Division.
